I love the game, i'm working on beating it on Delta difficulty right now

 

I want to get it but dont have the funds for it currently. Also my system barely ran the demo.

 

What settings were you running - you can tweak a lot of settings to make it look/play decent on older machines. What resolution too?

I play on 1920x1080 (1080p monitor) and all settings high. I'm using an 8800GT.

 

800x600
Everything on low, expect audio and medium on models and texture. I need some eye candy...

But my specs are:
x1600 ATI 256MB
2.0 GHZ AMD Turion
1gig RAM

I get some decent frame rate at about 20 to 27 at most fps. It lags everytime I shoot the nuke tho, lol. But it is worth it to see that mushroom cloud...

Quad Core Q6600
XFX GeForce 8800 GT 512 MB Alpha Dog
4 Gigs OCZ RAM
WD 500 GIG HD
Vista Prem 64 bit


will by summer put in 4 gigs more plus a 2nd 8800 GT.

 

I had to upgrade a new card from a 7800gt to a 7900gtx haha
it raped my old card!

 

I got it and don't like how it runs with my HD3870 even slightly overclocked.

I just listed it on ebay and getting a P5K motherboard with dual PCI-E x16s (great deal for only $139) and the Superclocked EVGA GeForce 8800GT. Hopefully later down the road I'll do SLI with another 8800GT.

I have an E6750 with 4 gigs of RAM.

 

I think you really need to go Quad to really enjoy Crysis from what I read. And you need Direct 10x and can only be had from Vista and the new nVidia's.

Yea, it is what I use for school. I would have gotten a desktop but I needed a laptop..
