IMHO s2000's are not nearly that "boxy".
and something abut those cars seems really unrealistic. I can't quite put my finger on it though.
still gonna be a sweet game.

Yup it's pretty good. I'm a bit miffed at being able to handle a Racing car with a controller though, but the cars do a good job on feeling different.
It feels like a large improvement over the origional forza in most aspects. I actually think the replays look fairly close to the old cg trailers, when you get up close to the cars though the reflections and shadows don't quite work right.
Hood cam is welcome, (the original forza demo had one as well though, I hope this is also in the full game) I still wish they had a in car camera, as it appears they already have the interiors rendered a bit.
Sound is miles better... stuff. I forgot to see if crashing sounds better >_>

downloaded and played the demo last night.
I'll list the positive and negative things ive noticed so far
positives
-environments look real
-every car you drive has a completely different feel
-crashes (sounds and the parts that come flying off, you really feel it)
-most cars in the demo are accurate and look good, although some just seem to have not been spent as much time on
negatives
-for the most part the cars sound great, but i found when using the rsx it sounded like a lawn mower and when using the subaru legacy there was pretty much no sound at all.
-the sounds of the other cars almost overpower your own, so i had to turn down the opponents car sounds
-some cars just dont look as good as others. didnt really see those jaggy lines people have been talking about but I really think the graphics on the cars are good but not amazing

Those jaggies are an eye-sore, but there is plenty of time to clean that up.

as usual I blow chunks at driving in this game. I suck at simulation drivers. I just get kind of bored havign to drive like I wuld really have to. it's soo slow compared to arcade racers. I'll rent it, but not buy it.
