Not sure if anyone has an idea other other most of the things you are supposed to do, but my son's Xbox one microphone doesnt work. He has the Xbox stereo headset, with the adapter and 3 wireless controllers (the older ones that do not have the 3.5 jack, so the adapter is needed).

We did on the console: checked NAT, logged in and out of Live and the account, checked privacy settings, hard booted.

We plugged the headset into my iphone and tested sound and mic and it worked. We bought a brand new adapter. Still doesnt work.

Any ideas? Would be appreciated.
