Meh I've just gotten bored of Madden lately. I haven't played 08 much at all. Online play is stupid.... usually you play against people who only use 1 or 2 formations yet it always works.
And Brett Favre is on the cover?
I just saw it at 7-11 the other day, wtf!

the dynasty leagues look intriguing. I have to pick up Madden. I've got a couple buddies that we have score sheets dating back to our teens.

its been out for about a week on some sites and so far its been pretty good...i haven't played too much yet but you gotta take a madden IQ test when you start the game and then it sets up a custom difficulty level for you to play on
oh yeah and the commentary is ALOT better than last years game

I parked in front of a Blockbuster Video this morning with them having a huge poster on their window advertising Madden '09 along with a picture of Favre on it in his GB uniform...

Well the reviews I've seen today so far haven't been that great. Besides some improvements to graphics and some new animations, seems like same old.
Also noted was a lot of lag outside of actual gameplay
Don't know if I'm even gunna bother dropping $60 on this

Yea I'm not buying the 360 version. The best was madden 2006 for XBOX. Every year madden doesn't do enough to be that great. But unfortunately Madden has a monopoly on NFL games so they can produce crap and still make millions. I did buy it for PSP though its fun but really slow.
