yea, I'm not gonna bother buyin an xbox 360 till the end of this year or start of next. Halo and GTA are the games I want the most right now.

Same goes for PS3, unless GT comes out at the same time the console is released, I'll wait on that one too.

 

same here, I get too caught up doing other crazy things that I don't finish the story.

and there's so much hidden crap it's hard to find it all. And i refuse to use those cheat books.

I'm about 78% done with Vice City, all i have left is all the hidden stuff and stunts.

I'm only 22% done with San Andreas

I thought Sony still had an exclusive deal with Rockstar.

Without GTA being an exclusive that is just another strike against the PS3.

 

Besides GT, what are the other exclusive PS games?

I think that Devil May Cry and Metal Gear Solid are, but neither appeal to me as being more than a rental.

Metal Gear was released on the Gamecube. It was the original Metal Gear Solid for PSone witha fresh coat of paint.

Devil May Cry is exclusive

GTA should have stayed exclusive, but I guess Rock Star was tired of waiting for Sony. Doesnt matter either way, both systems will have it regardless of when PS3 comes out.

I watched the E3 live also last night and I must say, 360 has some nice games coming for it, but so does PS3. It's going to be an intersting battle. And is PS3 now confirmed definitely for November 17th?

 

GTA was never exclusive. The last two GTA's have been on XBOX as well as PS2. However, they launched earlier for PS2... but were better on Xbox.

Now they have some sort of exclusive with Xbox

 

If MSoft got exclusive rights for GTA, that must have cost them some BIG money. I can't see Rock Star not putting this out for the PS3 though

 

had I known they were going to be made for XBOX I woulda have waited. I heard the graphics looked better. But it's strange because certain games I can't imagine how it would be playing them on the xbox controller. I got so used to playing it on PS2.

Imagine playing Halo on the ps2 controller. personally, i think certain games are better played on certain consoles because of their controllers. but that's just me.

 

So they don't plan on releasing one at all for PS3?

 

They said it will be availble on both, but they unveiled it during the MSoft interview, I think

 

It was exclusive for about 9 months each time it was relased giving Sony a big head start. Which equals hundred of millions of dollars in sales.

 

Just to note, the game itself is not what is being made exclusive on the x360, just some content you can get on live.

 

should be good...I cant wait to see what they use as far as the storyline and everything goes.

It will be released on the 360 and PS3 at the same time which is a pretty big win for MS as the previous GTA games were timed exclusives for PS2.

The 360 version will have exclusive episodic content available for download (most likely additional missions)
