Good game releases for PS2 and PSP
Lots of stuff out the last 2 weeks, anybody have any reviews?
We got for the PS2:
Okami
Bully
Socom: Combined Assault (today)
NFS Carbon
Call of Duty 3
FF XII
For the PSP:
Socom 2 (today)
Killzone Liberation
GTA Vice City Stories
Ace Combat
Medal of Honor
Lumines II
Any reviews from you guys? I bought Okami last week, that is an awesome game. The PS2 still has a lot of life left in it it seems. PS3 can wait.

Vice City Stories is good. The graphics are improved, but po in seems worse. The game is great, but it's the same GTA shit again. I am getting a little bored with the series, but am quite amazed that Rockstar can fit such a huge game on the PSP's limited disc space.

Socom 2 for the PSP is great, so much better than the first. The maps are huge. Online multiplayer is great as usual, lots of people already playing. The auto aim feature has been tweaked to not lock on so fast, so its a lot harder to hit your target. Now if there was a way to get rid of the ghetto idiots on there who play music in their headsets so we can hear it 
Killzone:Liberation for the PSP is also great. Haven't played it too much yet, but the first 3 levels were good. The game is hard, but fun.
Next on the PSP list to get is Medal of Honor and Ace Combat. NFS Carbon possbily on the PSP, but most likely will get the PS2 version.

Playing GTA: Vice City PSP.................very fun,same game like stated above.
Although I do like the Empire Feature,building different crime organizations.........if only it had more control and detail.
Very tempted to get KillZone I always like the over the top camera view on games.It reminds me of the Arcade view.

I didn't notice anyone mentioning "Syphon Filter" for the PSP... that's my favorite follow by "Socom" now... I'm kinda playing "Socom II" which is cool... but I've been playing too much 360

2 different games honestly. Socom is great if you are into playing online, it gets very addicitive. Killzone has no online play, so once you beat it, thats it. Killzone is run-and-gun, Socom is more tactical.
is300, Syphon Filter is probably one of the best games for the PSP, but its pretty old, thats probably why no one has mentioned it. If anyone hasn't played it, you're missing out. I tried it online the other day, it BLOWS.

Socom multiplayer is 1,000,000 times better than Syphon Filter. YOu can play with up to 8 players on each team, the maps are huge and there are always tons of matches going on. You can go on at 8 in the morning and rooms will be full. If you like online play, get Socom over Killzone
