go'in wireless on my pc

Hey. I canceled my cable and my neighbor said he is wireless and says he is cool w/ me hooking my pc wireless to his network. Now I get a wireless signal and can get on w/ no problem. But is there anything he can see on my pc when I am shareing along his network?

If so, what can I do to prevent him to see anything on my pc?

Thanks

As long as you don't have anything shared and you set a username and a good password on your machine you should be fine. That is what I was told, anyway. You sure got lucky.

Yeah, make sure you aren't sharing anything. Log on as Administrator and make sure your guest account is disabled. You could modify NTFS permissions (If your using XP w/NTFS) but it shouldn't be neccesary.

Are you afraid the neighbor is gonna see your pr0n? I would make you share it if I was giving you free WiFi
