Gaming headphones

Can someone recommend me a good universal gaming headset that I can use with both the 360 and PS3? Meaning that there's audio connections for the PS3 and 360 included in the package with the headset.

Thanks

im using the Turtle Beach DPX21

works really well for my ps3. i've used it for my xbox360 but that was with the PX21, it shouldn't be any more different tho other than the 7.1 surround sound add

^^ My only gripe with them was build quality...broke 2 sets.....I recommend the tritton AX Pro's.....the turtle beach is "simulated" surround sound while trittons have a 4 speaker system. Not only that the build quality is much more sturdy. Been running them for over a year now on xbox and ps3.

and I got a big head treated them like gold though and a few of my other gaming friends had the same issue breaking at the speaker rotation point (gotta admit cheap plastic for the price)

You can say intense,my life is work and gaming...I work 60+ hours a week and I mostly game the rest of the time to save $ for vacation.(Costa Rica last year) I already took personal days for battlefield 3 and MW3 realease. BUT my girlfriend is a hardcore gamer too so it works out perfect as we have no kids after 6years. Our worst was LITERALLY 18 straight hours so you can say my headphones get some mileage.

Bump to the top, because I'm interested as well.

Would like something that can be ported to either system or my PC with ease. Want to hear full audio and voice.

I ultimately settled for a universal wireless headset from Logitech. It's the F540 model.
It has inputs for both the 360, and PS3. And the input switch is on the headset!

Got it for $110 on Amazon.

if you don't need a mic per-say, the best headphones are the Senneheiser, unbeatable quality and true uncompressed wireless sound. I have the RS-180

Well, I bought the X12 for $40 at Target this weekend. I like them. Only thing is I'm wondering if I should spend $60-$100 more and get either of the wireless versions (x31 or x41). I could route the wires a bit better than I have now, but wireless...

while convienient and some do sound good, wireless will never have the sound of a wired connection if your a true audiophile.
