I'm sure this may be a repost. But I just found out that if your buddy buys a game such as the $39.99 Gran Turismo 5 or the new $9.99 COD4 maps from the PS Store. Then he logs into his account from your PS3 then you can re-download them to your harddrive and have the game/add on as well. Just thought I'd share. Can't wait till they get more full games on the PS3 store..Hopefully they won't have a limit in the future on re-downloading. Enjoy!

 

i stand corrected..full games you have to be signed into your buddys account to play the full games once they are downloaded..unless someone knows how to hack it....add ons work though

 

I think it's only some full games where it is restricted to being needing to be logged in.

I bought GT5 prologue and I can't play unless I have the ps3 plugged in to the network, Echochrome and mkII (purchased by the previous ownder) work without a net connection though.
