F.E.A.R Single Player demo!
It's out and about, and shit it's a nice game. http://pc.gamespy.com/pc/fear/638950p1.html
Graphics are on par w/ Doom 3 and Half-Life 2. Demos a bit short though, some nice features include "slo-mo" that your character can do, melee and also a couple of cool guns. Game is scary too, a couple of scenes in the demo that make you jump out of your seat.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS ARE HIGH THOUGH SO BE WARNED!!!
