do you make in game purchases?

Have you ever spent real money for an in game item. Examples would be power ups, weapons, smurf berries, coins. If so, how much have you spent?

in game purchases are no different than buying map packs or other addons for gamez like Halo or Call of Duty.

I have bought some in game stuff, but cant think of them off the top of my head.

Nope, never have and never will. I rather spend money on tangible items. I've never bought map packs for Halo either. I just wait to download them for free or buy the next version of the game that includes those map packs (like Halo 3: ODST).

It's a big industry though.

No. But I use this portal thingy called Garena for playing Dota, and if you pay like 5 bucks to get an upper level membership, you can basically get into the full rooms anytime. So I get that every 4-5 months I think.

I paid for the Season Pass in Forza which gets me all the call packs at a discounted rate. But as far as level ups and things like that, no.

Along with map packs I bought all the MK3 add on characters, and all the cars in NFS hot pursuit.
