Age of Empires III
I bought this a while ago and it is a lotta fun.
A lot of improvements from AOE II.
In this one you earn experience points and if I remember correctly you use those points to unlock things in the game for you to use in the future. And depending on what profile you are using different profiles (empires) have different items that you can unlock.
The graphics are really good in this one too.
And if you are running dual monitors the game will recognize that and allow you to choose higher resolutions to span your monitors.
