I'll just come right out and say this is one of the most brilliant, well designed, and just outright FUN games ever made.

Im really surprised the game was rated X.

But Matt Parker and Trey Stone once again showed they can master almost any medium they choose to tackle.

This game has real depth and fun story, and is just really smart and once you think you have it figured it it peels back another layer of onion and goes in a whole new direction.

I encourage any and all to get it....this game was just more fun than anything I played in recent years. I was actually excited to turn it on and have fun and laugh out loud.

And I meant "I was surprised it WASNT rated X) But there are scenes in the game that were cut from the european release.

 

I may have watched my buddy play the wrong 5 minutes but I walked in while he was learning to "shout" and it just struck me as being insanely childish. I like South Park for their real life references and making fun of celebs... not their T&P fart jokes.
I genuinely loved that they made fun of skyrim, and for that I still want to give it a rent. But after watching that 5 minutes it really turned me off.

 

Well, The whole thing is childish, but what you watched was a tutorial. You still may not like it as a game though. There isn't any new part of the south park universe if you are looking for cutting edge satire or whatever. It's mostly further exploration of things they already have introduced.

I was just impressed that over 14 hours of play I never ran across a text box, nothing was a afterthought. I had buyers remorse right after laying down 60 bucks for it, but after finishing it I think it deserves that price more than most AAA titles.

 

Just finished this game, saw it for 20% off and snatched it up.

Amazing game!

If you're a fan of South Park this is a must play, if you never got into the show (what the hell is wrong with you) it won't be as funny since the game is built off of stories from the past 17 seasons but still a great game.

I think I'm going to loan my ps3 to my brother who doesn't game anymore but loves South Park and make him play this
