This game needs a do not resuscitate bracelet or something. Nothing I hate more than getting killed in a doorway and having a medic come along and revive me so I can get killed again by the same guy.

haha I hate it when it happens to me too. but it's hilarious when you see someone get sniped, quick sprint and revive them, and watch them get sniped again immediately. you know they're :angryfire

I can actually play now (all the new stuff is up and running)!!!!!!!!!

I was going to start from the start with a new character, but decided to accept the bad score I have now cause of the choppiness and freezing,..and try to build it up to respectable. That will be a challange, but should be fun. I am just too lazy to start from the start again, and the unlocks I got only work for ONE character.

So much more fun now that I can actually play normally.

Sniping on this game is a lot of fun. But it isn't as good of a game as BF2.

Maybe it's the lack of a commander directing the squads to attack or defend certain targets/objectives. The odd mismatch of vehicles (the attacking team largely gets far more and far better vehicles). And why no attack helicopters for each team? Air to air battles were awesome in BF2. Where's the jets too?

While the offense does get better weapons, the game feels balanced. It's not like the attackers always win.

yeah, I never feel like other side has an advantage, they get the big tanks and stuff but you get the big anti-tank guns and such, for instance.

I was playing an extremely frustrating round yesterday where the attackers had helicopters and we had shit. The guy in the blackhawk racked up 40 kills. It was ridiculous.

It would be nice if both sides had some air support.

You can even snipe heli's with shotgun slugs in BC2. RPG's will kill them too, especially if you tag them first.

The M95 is just the most powerful, so if you don't hit the pilot you at least do the most damage to the helicopter.





So far I have sniped 2. Nothing better than seeing a Blackhawk drop form the sky.

Sniping is a lot of fun. Especially on Africa Harbor or whatever that desert map is. Really long range shots. Helps to have a spotter in your squad calling them out.

well the store is accessible now, did anyone notice the Map Pack 1 in there? It has Laguna Alta (Conquest) and Nelson Bay (Rush). I think I've seen these already, I just didn't realize they were downloads. It must have done it automatically or something, or maybe I just forgot. It is listed as "VIP" - use the code you get with the limited edition (as I did) or you can buy it after the fact.

Also it lists a Map Pack 2 for release on 3/30.. Arica Harbor added to Conquest and Laguna Presa in Rush mode.

so on the consoles, is the marksman headshot bonus always just 50? on PC, it goes up based on how far away you are, and people have had over +300

Attacker on Valparaíso last night playing rush. My team is attacking the first base and I get to the UAV and start spotting and picking off snipers with the hellfire. I see one of my teammates fly the Blackhawk and land at the enemy base and make a run for the M-COM, he get shot before he can even set it

But then a bunch of the enemy rush the Blackhawk and start to take off, so I fly down and land on top of the Blackhawk which immediately causes it to crash and explode killing everyone. I ended up with 3 roadkills and a destroyed vehicle from the UAV. And the best part was the UAV wasn't even damaged so I just flew back up and went back to work again.

The UAV with enhanced optics is my favorite vehicle by far

wait you landed the uav on top of the blackhawk, and that caused the blackhawk to explode entirely, but left the uav unscathed? makes sense.

You can surf on the UAV too, just jump on top and try not to fall off.
