Will get it for my next-gen console or PC. Still haven't decided yet, but will prob wait till they have the BF4 Premium version out - best bang for buck!

It all looks the same on next-gen consoles. PS4 has some better on some parts and Xbox One looks better on other parts. PC still kills them both easily.

So......... next-gen vs current-gen. WTF?!

Yeah. I think I'll wait a while before I jump unto next-gen unless I need 64 players or other next-gen only games like Titanfall, Dead Rising 3, and Destiny.

 

There is a CLEAR difference in that video, IMO. The lighting is WAY better and there is much more detail in things, I could immediately tell by looking at their clothing. And edges look much sharper.

I'm playing it on my PC. Graphics are excellent. BF's keyboard game control still suck. I'll play with a controller instead.

So far it's a good game.

 

 

it wont be until they start making games exclusively or intentionally designed for the new console that we see a major jump.

not sure how long you've been playing games.. but after the first 1 or 2 years goes by, games get exponentially better looking. that's been true for every console.

it takes time.

I went ahead and took advantage of the 2 for 1 deal at Target this morning. Was planing on buying 2 bf4's for ps4 anyway one for little brother and myself. So got that and ghosts for free..

 

NOT impressed with the multiplayer AT ALL but I did enjoy the campaign....I think BF3 multiplayer is 100x better. Since I beat the campaign I guess it' on to Ghost's or stick with bf3 for multiplayer.

This game is awesome.

Just a few hours of play last night, I am completely impressed.

Single Player was a lot of fun, minus the start of the 2nd mission.

The graphics are fantastic. Explosions look like they were filmed in real life and put into the game, they're really that good.

Guns finally feel like they have some power behind them, in BF3 I felt like they were cap guns, they didn't feel powerful, they sounded weak.

Multiplayer is leaps and bounds better than BF3 too, I hated playing online in BF3.

Idk how to explain it, but I had a lot more fun in a few hours than I ever remember on BF3.

 

I have BF4 on the PS4 and PC, so far so good
