360 Langauage Settings
360 Langauage Settings
My son was messing around with the remote of the 360 and somehow changed the language to Chinese, at least I think its Chinese. So the entire menu system is now useless. Anyone have any idea how to get it back to English?
haha that was funny.
Remove the hard drive and turn xbox back on. Next locate where the restore factory setting is on the dash. Now turn xbox back off and replace hard drive. You should be able to relocate restore factory setting again even though its in chinese.
this should help

Then again, I don't really have a 360...and my Chinese reading is not that great.

But, there should be a master reset somewhere, I'm guessing.

To set or to change the default language on your Xbox 360 console, follow these steps:

Note The System section is the last section on the right of the Dashboard.
3. Select Console Settings.
Note This option is the first option in the list.

It doesn't get too much use as a video game box. (Still haven't finished GOW
) but it gets a hell of a lot of use as a DVD player.
F-C, as soon as I decide I need a Blu-Ray player.
