Since they are being very vague with their "time of day" descriptions, I've got a hunch that they will reveal something spectacular soon.
They keep talking about the same things and aren't really hitting on the driving aspect/locations/times etc.
They've got something up their sleeve.

Lots of wheels coming out.
That MS "Wii" wheel is trash.

Watch the replay at the end, they even got the camera angles right

Mizouse, the "Wii" Microsoft wheel looks like the steering wheel from Kitt and is simply held in the air, similar to a Wii remote.

Now that E3 is underway and we’ve already told you a little bit about some of the exciting features of Forza Motorsport 4, let’s talk about the newest track on offer. Some say it used to be a Canadian airfield during WWII, and that one corner is named after easy listening music—all we know is, it’s called the Top Gear test track, and it’s coming to Forza for the first time when the game hits store shelves beginning October 11. The newest edition to the exciting real-world tracks available in the latest Forza instalment, the Top Gear test track continues a star-studded matchup that started with Forza Motorsport 3’s Ultimate Collection, which featured the Stig’s Garage Car Pack and exclusive video from Top Gear hosts Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May. Now in Forza 4 the track itself is fully rendered and available for play in several configurations, all based upon the Stig’s real-life playground at Dunsfold Aerodrome.
You should be familiar with the Top Gear test track as the setting for the show’s “Star in a Reasonably Priced Car” segment, so in addition to revealing the track for our fans during E3, we can also tell you that in Forza Motorsport 4 you’ll have the option of hopping in the same car used in the show: the 2011 Kia cee’d. Remember when Tom Cruise crossed the finish line with the cee’d up on two wheels? His unorthodox technique set one of the fastest lap times ever recorded by a star during the segment. With only 123 horsepower under the “bonnet” of the cee’d (or, as Clarkson is fond of referring to it, the “c-apostrophe-d”), it will take some fancy driving to keep up with the show’s lead-footed megastars.

^^ Agreed.

Me too. BUT - Im also half-willing to wait until they do the ultimate edition next year for $30 with all the cars. Turn 10 left a bad taste in my mouth with the $30 Stig edition and wouldnt let us download the damn cars that it included.

And Im not about to drop $30 for three extra cars.
Turn 10 released a special edition FM3 awhile ago with three extra cars, then put the car pack on the market with some ridiculous 1 billion credit price tag. So if you have the game already, you cant just download those cars. You have to go out and spend $30 on the new edition.
GHEY.
