360: Forza 3
if by better you mean more arcade-like, sure.
I agree on the sound tho, that's something GT was always lacking at. They have done better with GT5 (especially certain cars) but still need work. Finally fixed the gawd awful tire sounds.

nothing says arcade like a game that you can smack a wall at 150 and have zero body/performance damage...
wait, they just updated the online to have damage... my bad lol

talking about handling and feel. btw, the ultimate realism is on a PC, not console.
and, plenty of arcade games have damage modeling and have had it since the 80's, so not sure where you are going with that.

to the body, some... to the engine/handling... errrr
careless wall smacking and car bashing are nobody's idea of realism.
and we arent discussing differences between console and PC.. just two console games...

oh for real, I didnt know thats how it was in Forza. So if Im in the middle of race in Forza and I slam into a wall, I'm done? Race is over? That is pretty realistic I admit.
It's also an option to decrease damage or turn off miz:wink:
The damage is also progressive, if you disable the car in one hit, you're either trying to or you're just terrible

I believe there is a way you can turn off that feature as well. Or you can just not use it. I dont.
Except that it does show up in the race results, so if you use rewind and get a fast lap followed by one slightly slower, yet clean lap, the slower time would be considered your fastest.

Ill be honest, I had no fucking clue what we were doing when we first started. I could here you fine until we got into the lobby and then the fucking menu music cancelled everything else out.

Seriously though, I got GT5 the day it came out and it just isnt addicting. Theres nothing there that makes me say I need to play the game.
