i heard that axel backs arent that much in gains but cat backs are better. they type s already has a free flowing exhaust, so changing it wont much much of a power difference unless you want to change the sound of it. if you want to get a new exhaust, comptech offers both axel and cat backs. they are a bit more but the sound is good.

There really isn't a good chip for our cars. There's been quite a debate on this issue so do a search and you'll find a bunch of info on it. As far as I know our ECUs are pretty hack-proof and can't be "chipped".

EDIT: Not that they can't be chipped, that it doesn't make a HP increase.

Get the Unorthidox Racing lightweight crank pulley, everyone on the boards is happy with the results.

the 01 is automatic though, i thought that changing the pulleys doesent help unless its stick?
so there isnt any alternative to the chip problem then either?
well once again thanks for the input....

Pulleys help a whole lot, but chip I think you shouldnt mess with that unless you're fully upgraded H/E/I/P the best chip I heard is the E-management but is used for s/c and turb. IMO go with cooling mods but also pulleys are a good upgrade I have them on now.......Hondata is another chip you maybe should consider about.
