I know this is in the wrong spot to post this but the "community area" is dead. Let's get a meet going on a SAT or Sun near the city. I live South Suburbs and there are a ton of Forrest preserves everywhere that we can meet.

Including Wompum Lake In Thornton IL, 60476. 2minutes from where I80 meets I294, meets I94, 10 minutes from Indiana and 20 minutes from the city.

Yeah these guys here for some reason have no meets in the south burbs, be prepared to travel...

And the funny thing about that map quest, I'm right down the street from it too...sigh

 

The problem with people is that they'll complain about meets being too far but never organize one thats closer.

Put the details down with date, time, location etc and people WILL show.

u want a meet? give at least a month notice, have a place picked (and one that will work), sat/sunday afternoons work the best
