If we don't have pictures soon I might have to lock this up. It just isn't ok to create threads about a mirage.

what a shame... unfinished garage?!
How did you like your Casper? I got it and it ended up being too soft so I returned it and got a Nectar bed instead.

I was sort of indifferent to Audi for a while until recently, when I drove some newer models. For the past decade or so I've thought they made beautifully designed vehicles inside and out, but didn't realize I would like the way they drove as well.
Congrats!

The B&O does a really nice job with surround sound off of SD/USB flash drives, BTW.

It was a pretty nice drive back home as I was able to jump on the expressway that allowed me give it a bit of gas on the merge and etc. I did not really tune into the stereo as I was more interested in listening to the car itself. Will have a better impression of the features during the course of the week as I learn more about it.
Using Audi "connect care" and either the dealership didn't set up something or it's an ID10T problem (me). At delivery, I already entered the 10-letter code for the MMI and now, as part of myAudi's setup, I am provided to enter an 8-digit code from the website which I'm supposed to enter into the car's system...for the life me, don't know how though; played around with the menus and got nowhere. Eh WTF.
Not important just a funky feature that allows me to view certain tech-related data/info on a webpage...
Anyways, I'll try to set up a bit more later when Little Cha is in bed but likely won't get all the features more or less figured out until a couple days in...

Yeah, went out to the car a couple of times...gave up, switched it off. It's fine. Figured with all the tech features and crap that it's going to take awhile to figure out all of it. The full integration with my phone is going to take getting used to as well. I am just accustomed to using it via a car's bluetooth to make calls and maybe listen to music on the phone if I don't want to use SiriusXM. This is a bit different with the Audi.

I got my MMI all set up by myself. When the dealer called to arrange a “second delivery” to teach me about the tech features and get the MMI hooked up to Audi Connect I was able to decline.
Surely if I can do it, you can.

I'll spend a bit more time with the car later on...I literally took delivery, spent about 15 minutes with the sales guy and booked it back home to work. So, not very much time with the car. Like, if MMI is the info on your phone with specific information/stats about the car like it's current location, status, and etc., that's all set up. What I don't get is where to enter the 8-digit "PIN" myAudi generated when I signed up on my.audi.com...

Congratulation on the new ride Yummy. It is is a beautiful car. Love everything about newwr Audi's. The MMI does take a bit to get used to but it works really well in my opinion. I am sure you can figure it out. Enjoy it and hopefully you get some good weather soon to be able to snap some more pictures of it.

Thanks for the encouragement, LOL. It's possible it is an ID10T problem.

Coming from two cross-overs for the last several years, I gotta say, it's definitely different to be back in a sedan. In a land often full of large SUVs, driving to work today was interesting as I felt so low to everyone.
Per @svtmike , the heated steering wheels were a godsend...not sure how I lived without them for so long. The stereo is indeed marvelous -- at least better than the MINI and clearer than the FX's. I plugged in the car to use Android Car and it worked pretty well, just now a matter of getting used to the GUI and all the functionality. Drove the car in "Auto" mode today as rush-hour isn't really the place to try Dynamic since I'm not really able to do much revving and turns. And definitely not with the snow cover that fell yesterday.
Question for the masses: This car's headrest and seat is one piece...and so, what should I do for a kick mat? Any suggestions? I need one for Little Cha.
