Advice:
1: Use Firefox and dump IE (free, http://mozilla.org
2: If you have money, buy a Mac and use Safari
The tires.... Does the wife want a more floating / isolated ride? If not, then drop that thing an inch, and you'll like the response. If she wants to have a reasonably quiet tire, then get some Yokohama Avids.

Hate macs, normally do not have an issue with IE I think it was due to having about 15 tabs open at once with things running in each.
I have this same tire (diff size) on my 3G TL and love them, quiet and handle very good.
It is not that bad, I am sitting on the ground and shooting up in these pics. I was trying to capture how they stick out past the wheel.

Well, the vibrating could be the rotors being slightly warped. I had that on my Subaru. If you can go to a garage and get them turned, all should be well. You'll know it is if you drive the car somewhere without traffic and slightly depress on the brake. As you start to press down, you should feel the car slowing a little. If it feels like there is something vibrating under your foot, and feel it in the wheel, it's probably the rotors.

Yea I know it is he rotors, I am trying to explain that to her. Around 100 mph the car felt as smooth as glass on these tires to me.
I think the biggest issues is that she does not like the look of the "fatty" tire, and thinks it is unsafe with it stick out past the wheel. I told her it would actually protect the wheels more against curbs.
I might call tomorrow and see if Goodyear will swap them out or something else for the 215 instead of the 235. I have spend all most $2000 there in the last 30 days so maybe they will work with me.
