Wow!!! Run With A 350z

I have been waiting for this opportunity.....
Last night did 3 runs with a automatic Z.....never passed 70 mph tho....alll 3 times the z was 1/4 car behind me....not alot of distance but man....i thought he will walk away on 3 rd gear but even i was surprised.
I noticed one thing...when i was in 2nd gear....his auto shifted to 3rd while i still was in 2nd...almost at redline ....that gave me a slight edge over the auto z....but all in all my 260 horses VS 287 ..really made my day!! i was impressed.!!

How do you know what gear he was in when you were also driving your own car?

well, you're kind of comparing apples to oranges (6spd vs. Auto) but nice kill anyhow. I'm itching to race a cls 6spd...any takers in my area?

The CL has taller gearing. Many think of this as a disadvantage but for some speed regions (like up to 70 mph) the ability to be in a lower gear as you reach 70 is an advantage.
