Would these "defects" stop you from buying these rims?

Well thanks for the comments everybody 
Yes, 5 months later, I know... The car only came out of storage a few weeks back, we had to get some work done on the brakes to get it driving safely, then once that was done I worried about getting the wheels mounted.
Now I need some bigger brakes to fill them up
...and Shoofin, you're an ass
