The WORST interior thread
Just randomly looking at S8's and came across this ad:
http://www.theautobarn.com/detail-20...8-3376933.html
WTF? Unless the pics are bad, but does anyone actually like the seats?
Keep in mind I think Audi and the S8 specifically has one of the nicest interiors, just don't get this seat color combination.

Safety Car
buying a A8 would scare me. buying a used A8 would scare the shit out of me. buying a used S8 just freakin kill me.
oh to the seller: if you are going to buy a car and put less than 15,000 miles on it, dont do it with unwanted color schemed $110,000 vehicle.

The Box
S8 =
I drove one about a year ago, when I came back everyone said I looked like I just saw a ghost. What an amazing piece of machinery..
Would DEFINITELY have to get it in white with the peanutbutter interior

It looks like someone almost had an accident and subsequently had an accident
.
No pictures of any current Dodge interior? Although I actually liked the Challenger's interior, save the steering wheel.

Yes, that is an awful interior. It looks straight out of the 80's, lots circle in square geometry. Buttons everywhere, most agregiously on the driver's side door near the speakers and all of the rear of the center console. This interior all too clearly reminds me what I love fine Japanese cars.

No offense Jesal and Ginash but I find the NSX's interior so be soooooo boring. I can understand the late 90s not having flair, but 00- come on Acura, what were you thinking?
Obviously the exterior makes up for it, but staring at that all day long......
Ironic, huh?

JDM Laser Fogs!
They only thing I can see wrong with the NSX's interior is the steering wheel. Other than that, what a beautiful interior, functional and nicely wrapped.

Looks like a classic Honda coupe interior to me. Its well made, excellent materials ![Shrug](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/shrug.gif)
I actually like the "simplicity" of it.
Reminds me of my Prelude interior in fact.

The problem with the NSX's interior is exactly the same as the Corvette's problem, as least with the Z06 and ZR1: it simply doesn't fit a car of that price. Yes, it is a typical Honda coupe interior.... none of which, NSX aside, break the 40k barrier. It doesn't scream 90k. Then again, I like the NSX interior, and I also like the C6 Vette interior. ![Dunno](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/dunno.gif)
New Dodge interiors suck ass. Not only do they use cheap materials, they also look ugly, don't match and are blocky looking. Then again my Camaro's interior quality is only a few steps above a Cavalier's

I consider myself an interior snob. I think for when my car was made (14 years ago) the interior looks great. I love the layout since i still can work the radio without lifting my hand off the shifter. There is no WOW factor though. Its simple and gets the job done.
I do agree that the newer models should have had more of an updated interior. Then again the newer NSXs should have had a lot of stuff done to it. IMO
Material wise i think its excellent, held up VERY well after all the years.
I wouldnt mind doing this..

The Vette interior isn't something I'd want but I can appreciate that someone might, like a rap star's wife. The Audi interior seems tasteless in every sense and application. A circular dial here, some obtuse junctions there. It doesn't flow at all. It looks like it was designed by a kindergarten class.
