my uncle has a 2001 nissan quest and he is having some trouble with his car.
i really dont know what it could be, so maybe somewhere here that might have experieced it may know. At times when he is starting the car, the car makes this high pitched whining noise and the car does not turn over. ONe time he tried to start the car and all it would do is make the noise and did not even start. But now it at times makes the noise for like 2 seconds then turns over.

any idea what it could be. he hasnt done any matinece on it except oil changes.
