Why do people like junk
Found this over at the benz forums. Basically, the guy is saying no car is as good as an S class and doesn't understand why people would buy a BMW or Lexus. Pretty sad if this guy is serious, which he appears to be. Haven't read the whole thing but pretty entertaining

No seriously, I am not an arrogant guy and the cars I actually own are a 2009 Lexus LS460L (going back) and a 2005 Ford Explorer Limited. I did own a pre-owned 1992 Mercedes-Benz 500 SEL until late 2000 and a 2002 CLK 430 for a short while in 2003.
The personality invented was for sociological purposes. I'm not Russian, I'm 100% American and I respect all automobiles from Kia to Bugatti. All insults were all in fun and no harm was intended.
For the record, I've never even been behind the wheel of an S65 AMG but I'm sure it's a blast. Oh, and I do know that questions are best posed with a question mark.

I never made it past the first post. Once I read where he and his passenger laughed at a car that pulled alongside and the passenger tossed out his cigarette, I knew enough. Laughing at others and smoking in an expensive car, along with an attitude of entitlement, demonstrates he has absolutely no financial investment in that car, and it was most likely purchased by someone else. Either that or he's buried so deep in a note or lease payment he doesn't know which way is up. Either way, his thoughts of Mercedes Benz ownership are insignificant.
