white wheels on white 06 e class
Do you think this would be taky? White 20" wheels with polished lip on my new E Klasse?
Either way, I need some suggestions. I havent found a very good MB board to discuss this issue. I found mbworld.org but that board is OKAY at best. I need some Ideas!!!!!!!!

I personally dislike the look of white wheels. The stock ones there aren't too bad. If you change them out you can pick something sportier but I would stay away from 'coloured' wheels. It might cheapen the look of the car.

And I have seen that Rick Ross video, and those white wheels are hot.
White wheels are fine if they are luxury white wheels (as opposed to racing) and if they are a classy style. Big chrome lip FTW too.

I think its tacky to put white rims on a white car, especially a benz... thats just my opinion.

Who the hell said to put GOLD wheels on a white Mercedes Benz?
By the way, I know someone in my neighborhood with either 19'' or 20'' Zenetti Lucre painted white on a white E500. If I could get ahold of a camera I'll take pics. It looks GREAT spinning but the wheel isn't too hot. It needs a bigger lip.

White rims are nice and all but have fun keeping them clean from break dust. I have an M3 and my rims are dirty in about five days. So it's just something to keep in mind.

ludachrisvt,
You got a classy benz. Don't go white, you'll look ghetto and assy. For god sakes it's a Mercedes-Benz E-class, go with bling rims or keep it stock.

I personally wouldnt do the white wheels either. I have an 06 E55 and i put on the 20" Brabus Monoblock VI, you definitely cant go wrong with them. Only downside is there are a lot of fakes out there.

They're not FIRE IMO Sorry.
I've never been a fan of rims that are the same color as the car...I'd stick with either Chrome or Black.

Bro, go ahead and do it. No one on this board usually will give a green light to anything you want to do that's different. They'll probably tell you something stupid, like to put some gunmetal wheels on your car. They told me my car would look like shit before I got my wheels and all I get are compliments in the streets. I already said that I've seen the white wheels on an E-class and it looks great if you go 20''. The kid I know with them went way too small and the wheel kinda looks stupid at a stop, but great when it's spinning.
By the way, those Savinis are SICK but a little expensive at $6k. Go for something 5-spoke or 6-spoke with the white - it'll look great.
