That looks awesome...but, I need to get a certain offset in order for them to work because of how wide they are. I know for a fact I can get the 18x9.5 45et. for $300ea.
Thats a damn good price for light 18" rims, thats about my budget as well. Ill look into the type RC, but im pretty sure its mo money.

Forgot about those advan knock-offs. Go with the Enkei's. But yeah, ALOT of ppl have them (for price and quality). How about the other enkei's mentioned in this thread? Or how about the GT series? http://www.enkei.com/race_tuning.html

I don't like the monster tires on small cars unless they have some big HP to back it up.
I would go with the lightest (option 1) unless you're gonna turbo that biatch.

I was just thinking about your requirements and remembered the Kosei K1 TS wheels. I was checking them out on tirerack a long time ago and was impressed with the weight. 17" wheel weighs 13-14lbs and they look nice as well. There's a set for sale in the Black Market with tires. Figured they might fit what you're looking for, although they're dark grey so don't know if that would be a bust.

FWIW, this is what I had on my '99...
BBS
It was so long ago, I forgot which model they were, but my car came with stock 14x6wheels, so the +2 upgrade to 16x7 was pretty big at the time...

You could always get re30 replicas...

Replicas are garbage and should be avoided at all costs!!! Buying replicas wheels could endanger your life!!!
The funniest thing is almost nobody ever puts baller lightweight racing wheels on racing cars..... 90% of them go on daily drivers, garage queens and show cars.
Volks are garbage!!
