Wheel Opinion
Current set up is 205/45/17.
and stock.
Looking to up this to 235(Or 245)/40/18 with a 1.5" drop. What wheel ya'll like the best? I like the third set a lot, Matte Black with a polished lip.. You never see bronze wheels, so that might be pretty hot!

Car is an '08 MX5 white/tan

I love the look of the Tenzo Type M wheel.
That wheel was one of the wheels I was choosing between for my teggy just recently; however, in the end I decided not to go with a Tenzo wheel because I was worried about build quality. I don't know anyone that has put Tenzo wheels on their car so I couldn't get any first hand experiences. And to top it off, most of the searches I did on the net spoke of their poor quality, not the good.
You can see my wheel selection thread as well as what wheels I finally went with here:

Why are you going 235s on a Miata? I'd go the lightest, strongest 17s that I could afford.

The 18" 5Zigens are lighter than the stock 17's by more than 5lbs each. AND.....there are members running 205's all the way to 285's, I figured 235 would be a good median.
I would like a bigger rim to fill the wheel gap, plus a little extra sticky wouldnt be that bad
Im not going to autoX it...just have a little fun on the twisties every now and then.

I still think 235/X/18s are way too big. I don't run tires that wide on my Mazdaspeed3.
