What kind of car is this? (56K beware)

I saw this car when i was going down hwy 36 in Barnesville...I was going to visit my gf and I saw and it looked like a Tiburon but it wasnt and the badge is a T? wtf is that?

do they sell tiburon's in other countries? perhaps it's a badge from another country if that's the case. Kinda like what they used to do with the type R integra and japan with the red honda emblem

yeah, i guess...i was going to pass him to get a front view but never had a chance too....but does the car have the same performance as the one tht is sold here in the US?
