I was driving about 10 miles an hour after the light went green at an intersection, a van in front of me slowed down because of traffic ahead. I slowed down, the idiot tow truck behind me wasn't paying attention. I looked in the rear view mirror as I slowed down and BOOOOM! I go flying into the van, BOOM, and then the tow truck hits me again BOOM! (since he never applied the breaks). One month later, ~$13,000 in damages to my car. Tow truck 0, van in front of me - slight paint chip on the rear bumper.
drive safe people, dumbasses are everywhere

The frame is probably bent, I'm just happy that this is a lease and in 1.5 years its gone. I know that the fixtures that are part of the frame that the car parts (bumper, fender, trunk) are attached to were bent. Here is my trunk lid which shifted up:
This is a close up, but in other pics you can see it too, the thing moved up about 1/2 inch:

It was a sunday so City Wide Towing was the only trucking company around. My neck and back is all screwed again. Can't get a rental, All State doesn't cover it under full coverage. I also have to make monthly payments for the lease even if my car is still in the shop (still in there, hopefully getting it out this week). So no reimbursements for that.

NYPD always screw up accident reports. They are so bias with the reports it's ridiculous. Good luck with the fix , it probably won't ride the same that frame looks pretty bad.
