What do you think of this car?

The Bricklen was actually made in the city where I live. It was a VERY cool car for its time. Some people may think its not a good looking car by today's standards, but it was pretty damn sweet for its time. They are a pretty decent collector's car here today.

If it wasn't for Mr. Bricklin, who would have brought over the Subaru 360 (and started selling Subarus in the US) ??

<--- Liked the idea that Bricklin used a AMC (american motors corp.) 360 motor in some of the cars...
04EuroAccordTsx, take a look at the AMC AMX... It seems like you've been looking at some "ophaned" cars lately (bricklin, avanti, etc)...

The real 2-seat AMXs are pretty rare, although there were AMX decal versions of the Javelin and Hornet, as I recall. The Javelin was a neat car- ponycar with small rear seats, 360 and 401 V-8s as optional engines.
Getting parts for an orphan from the late-60s through the '80s may be annoying, esp. for low-production cars like AMXs, Bricklins, etc. And early emissions control engines are a pain if you are going to keep a mid-70s-early 80's car stock.
