To get back to it... I dunno, I'm gonna get the V1 because it's proven to work. Not going to go to 'radartest.com' which has no base on which to stand.. I don't want to trust them.
Car and Driver on the other hand I go to for a lot of different information, and radars should be no different. In this article, they rated the V1 the best. So I'll trust their word again, and get the V1. I don't buy one every day, and they are upgradeable..
Where can I lose?

DAMMIT! I understand you rich people can afford the V1 but what about us Mid Price people.. Im willing to pay $200 at most and if $50 more will get me something than I guess I will spend $250...

I'd rather take the hit on the $400 now, because like I said, it's not every day you want to buy one, and when you're buying something that protects you from getting TICKETS (and points to go with em!), you don't wanna cheap out. I want the best, because the second best sometimes might still get you a ticket. And all the other models can get outdated.. never the case with the V1.
