V6 S2000!

Dude, I am so getting this!

Of course, it's a good thing they went with the V6 when they got the auto...and auto would suck with the standard i4.

Even though that's a mistake, the engine bay in an S2000is big enough to hold a V6.

True, but I don't think I'd want one. Part of the charm of the S2000 is the high revving for and the phenominal handling that you couldn't get with a heavier V6.

Whew! I just bought a new S2k and thought there was going to be a huge change for 2006.

Glad it is an error!

At least they didn't call it a sedan. The general media calls anything that's not a SUV a "sedan."

It would make the car much much heavier though, right?

That is not a bad idea. Wonder how to wedge that motor inside. Actually, the engine compartment is pretty large and people squeeze 5.0 Ford 302's in Miatas.

I need more weight in the back of the car, then I will drop a nice five litre GM crate motor inside.

That would be awesome if Honda had a Cosworth like small displacement v6 that revved to 9,000 rpm. That thing would make insane power in dohc with vtec and the extra torque. And if the motor was all aluminum it wouldn't add too much weight.

If you look, you'll see it's a Mitsubishi dealer.

Two things here:

1. Since it's a Mitsu dealer, are we really that surprised they don't know anything about cars?

2. Who the hell traded an S2000 in on anything manufactured by that company?
