V-Kool Tint

Has anyone ever heard of V-Kool tint? It's basically a clear tint. My friend referred me to a tint shop, and they carry this V-Kool and Johnson's Ceramic IR film.... Does anyone have any idea which one blocks out overall heat better?

I've never heard of it, but they have V-Kool 70-40. VK70 rejects 13% of heat while VK40 rejects 64%. Just as the VK70% lets in more light than the VK40%. It seems to me they are like other window films, but their marketing probably sets them in a higher price range and you think your getting the best.

My friend had this in his G35, it was pretty nice. Not sure if it was the same brand, but it was a clear tint and it did the job. Black leather + summer time heat and the interior was pretty comfortable. He ended up getting his windows tinted a couple months later though....

V-Kool is all over the place here in Dubai. It must be good at resisting heat which is why most people here have them (it gets as hot as 50 C in the summer here). I put 3M tints on my car because I never heard of VKool before and 3M generally makes good products. If you get them, just dont put the lame "I'm V-Kool" sticker on your window : )

I also went with 3M and love it. I've heard of v-kool but don't know much about it.

I saw the site, but don't really understand this tint stuff..
So if I were to get the VK-40, that rejects only overall heat by 64%... How much would that be?

Thanks! I did some research, but I don't understand Malaysian and Singaporean language, so it's hard to decipher what they're saying. I did see those stickers on some car in Singapore Noo thanks, don't want that on my car!
