am I missing something? $9k for an 01 cl w/ 40k miles seems like a pretty good deal.

I checkout AutoTrader.com often in my area and I've noticed that CL has been there for months selling. That paint job is as as it gets!

Well, the title may be clean, but perhaps the car was wrecked and the repairs never reported. The title would remain clean if the repairs were not reported to insurance or the DMV.

I'm just putting out ideas. A car of this year should not be priced this low. Even with that hideous paint job...

It also could be repo since the name of the company that is selling it is called Financial Claims and Servicing.

I've seen that POS in Deerfield Beach before when I was down there...

FCS used to do resales for total thefts from insurance companies (stolen but later recovered), but I think they do repo work for finance companies, now...Either way, it's hideous...

That is what Carmax offered for mine. They claimed cause it was modified they couldn't offer it with any warranty, or sell it on their lot.
