Interesting story, but i don't get why the police wont let him or his insurance company take pictures of the car. Still seems he got an acceptable deal. Considering the BS he had gone through.

That's pretty crazy. At least he's getting a new car out of it. He set himself up for failure with buying a foreign car in such a remote place. He should have gone and talked to the Subi dealership and asked a few questions before he bought his ride.

i have a crazier dealership story. went with my dad yesterday to look at some CL/TLs. guy is telling us pricing on the TLs they got etc. he isnt giving any prices on type S ones so i ask. my dad asks the difference. guy explains and says it really isnt necessary! aren't car salesman supposed to be assholes who try to make you spend the most money possible??? i think it was the manager so maybe he was actually a nice guy, but i want my damn type S :P
