They are new & I can't wait to get them in, going to do the 5 gallon air tank at the same time as it will use the same mounting points.

Those look better. Glad it turned into a fairly easy process. Can't beat finding something that close to you.

Booster that I need to be accessible if I need to bring it elsewhere is in its "permanent" home, I have another external antenna and an AC powersupply.

I have been multitasking as long as I can remember, I am pretty sure I could drive & watch games/movies etc, I'm afraid of getting a ticket.

So, yup. I'm paying attention to the road crazy as it sounds when I'm driving.

We met with 2 pool builders last week.
1 of the 2 plants (1 in Louisiana) burned & spiked pricing.
We're likely going salt water, if we pull the trigger.

it's making it seem cheap to do the conversion, honestly.

On install, it's a 1k difference in price. Conversions I've seen in the 1-2k range.
IIRC, it's just replacing the in-line chlorinator with the salt/chlorine generator.

Given the ballpark numbers I was given last week. I'm thinking a bit of pause on it, though I doubt the costs will decrease to 2016 levels.
My boss was sub-50k on his pool in 2017. The pool at my old house was large, complex, and was 89k in 2014.

I ordered this jack online Saturday, after 3 days no ship I looked & it's backorderd. HF said 20+- day (no promises) back order, call stores if you want one. Took calls to 6 stores, finally found one that had one & after a 60 mile round trip, it's mine. It's every bit at least 70 pounds (in the box)

First use, tackling the rear Dobinson shocks & airbag install.

Jesus! I HATE THESE SPRINGS!!!! (moving them) just under 2 full hours to get the spring out, airbag in & new shock in.

Hopefully the driver side won't be such a hemorrhoid. (taking a break, might do it tomorrow)

Why is it so difficult?
That jack is amazing but I would imagine it's not great on a slanted driveway.

The springs are very stiff & take up 99.9999% of the available space to get them in/out with full compression & pushing down on the suspension with another jack.

The jack is a knock off of this guy, it's mainly for offroad/unpaved surfaces & I'd not jack up a vehicle on a steeply slanted.

I am glad to no longer have such a steep (by Houston standards) driveway. Not having a garage & having to do all the DIY in the driveway, I'm grateful that it's flat.

Thanks, no doubt, I'm looking for the rims I want daily, if they show up under the 480 per new dealer price before these tires are near done, I'll get them, otherwise, my cheapness won't let me throw away good tires.
