Talking TSX 180 U-Turn

I'm not a TSX owner, I'm a 3G TL owner and I know most won't go out of their way to search for this in the TSX fourm so I'm posting it here too.

I drove a TSX today and showed a friend how to make a U-Turn with the car on a NARROW two lane mountain road. Hope you guys enjoy!

Ok So the first video below is me showing him how to do a U-Turn in a two-lane road. If video doesn't play correct just refresh page.

In this video I guess he wanted me to go sideways for a close up haha. If video doesn't play correct just refresh page.

I have a few requests as I am curious to see what my TL could do without risking damaging it:

A. 180 in TL, and don't stop, starting going right when you turn around
B. High speed reverse to moving forward
C. 360 while firing sub-machine guns out the window

I was about to try the reverse 180 thing but the parking lot had those little islands in it so I thought better.

I read, I just find it unnecessary to do in a car like an Acura :P I don't think I'll ever be doing a 180 degree turn like that. And yeah, I've done it in my old Volvo before, I learned my lesson after my tire finally gave out and blew one time.

No wonder dealers these days don't like to give out loaners to youngters because people like you are abusing the car.

OK, put on my flame suit.

Sterotype buddy...If it was my 32 year old who taught me I bet you wouldn't be saying the same thing. It's ok we all have sterotypes. I'll even give you a lil rep to show you that I don't plan to flame you

Wow! sounds like you did it ALL the time Well I don't do it all the time Actually very rarely. I was going to give you rep to ease the pain, but I already gave you some so I can't

That is the dumb way of doing a u-turn. And a great way to flatspot your rear tires like mad.

He needs to use the handbrake more...

Oh, no worries about the flat spots... The first 5 words in his post were "I'm not a TSX owner"... You just looked at the pretty pictures, didn't you ??

Actually I did read it. But it didn't process in my head still that it was his friends car and not his. But still, I wouldn't treat a friends car like that.
