Transition from CL-S to S2000.... what are your thoughts?

Anyways I'm taking my car to Carmax or local Acura Dealer this afternoon and find out how much they'll offer. i'm expecting a low number but we'll have to see. This S2K deal might not happen if they don't offer me enough.
