traded the es for my new love

Very nice, but I have a question.
It looks like, on the interior pic with the steering wheel, that there is a sizable gap. Did the airbag deploy? Meaning, was this an accident car and he didn't tell you? I'm not trying to on your new car, but I thought I would ask.
No VIP..... Just bigger wheels and tires to fill the gap a bit, that's all.

All lines are excellent and paint matches all around the car also. Each part has the vin sticker. I think that you could buy those but normally insurance won't pay for that.

Very nice. I think I'm in the same boat with you as far as replacing cars. The TL was bought new, and I don't think I'll be doing that again. The depreciation is just too much, let someone else eat that.

That's why I picked up my RL. I know that it'll be as reliable as my 96 TL with minimum maintenance.
The TL is at 251K now. I picked up the RL with 127 and have almost put on 10K so far. It's a great car.
Also - someone said something about outdated interior. As much as I agree, I actually like the simplicity of it, less stuff to break.

I am still looking around for a 96-98 tl gold to possibly replace the integra. but the integra gets good mileage so that may never happen.

Ha, that interior is basically from 1996. I think considering that, its aged well. Course thats my opinion.
Still love my dads 02 RL. Hes had it since new and been rock solid for 130k abusive miles.
Once he plans to sell it, if ever, then i want to buy it for a nice DD.

I still manage to get 25mpg sometimes 25.7ish on hwy with that mileage.

shoofin, thanks for taking some time to talk about options. This one was ripe for the picking. If anyone is ever looking for a car, talk to eddie.

btw, most dings have been removed. There are a couple that he was only able to partially get out b/c of their position. BUt one is not going to really make a difference.. The pinstripes are on for good, they're painted. bah
I am very happy with making the decision of getting the dings removed. A normal person will never know the dings were ever there. Even someone who is looking will have a hard time seeing where they were.
It was $500 to do the entire car, and the guy was from MD and does a lot of dealer cars so he has some experience.
