I guess it's not too bad because the stock Prius is just plain...
why can't Toyota simply re-design the Prius so that it's not so bland?
and I know what I'm about to say should really be in the "pet peeve" thread... but I'm sick of seeing celebs trying so hard to make a statement with the Prius... occasionally I watch TMZ and celebs are now being chauffeur'd in Prius

Nice wheels.....Sad car.
It makes sense to go electric for running around town, but the whole hybrid thing is a bunch of $hit. As others have stated, the car will not last forever, and the batteries are an ecological nightmare.
But some people feel good as the drive over to the Whole Foods store and by $10 apples, proudly making an "environmental statement".
