Top speed (governed) of an '03 TL-S
#4
Some say 147, 149, 157, 158, or others says it's drag limited. I higly doubt that a car like the TL-S (considering the conservativeness of the company, the type of car, etc.) does not have a top speed governor.
I've gone up to 145 before. So I can't say for sure. But I thought it was in the 150's. I guess I was off.

If I'm not mistaken, Car and Driver had the TL-S drag limited @ 150mph.

I have a San Marino red 03' cls6spd.... I took the car in 75 degree weather to 147mph... It was at 5200 when it was going 147mph.The car still felt like it wanted to keep going but I can not see that car goinig any faster then 150 I think that it is governed around 150.... But the car still had a lot of gear left so who knows...????
