Too good to be true?

In terms of price for the kind of mileage listed. Also extremely skeptical of anyone selling a car after only putting 1,000 miles on it.

Here's what the Blue Book on it is:

Excellent = $37,109

Very Good = $36,309

Good = $35,309

Fair = $32,509

So yes, it's too good to be true. I'd be very careful with that car.

The new one goes for somewhere around that, no? It's a WRX, not STi.

Base is close to that price... limited WRX sedan was around $28k-$29k new in 2011. Seems like an aggressive price, but doesn't appear to be a scam or anything... especially considering the depreciation they take in the first two years and that it's an individual seller, not a dealer...

Yeah, I don't think the pricing is bad. It's just like a new car with 1k miles.

Those are STi prices. This is not an STi.

I can only think this was a dealer demo car with that low of miles.

Yahoo Cars

2011 Subaru Impreza WRX Limited 4-Door

2011 MSRP $28,995
2011 Invoice $27,309

ClearBook Value $25,235

There could be many reasons why it's up for sale this soon, including a demo, but I've had crazy people trade in their 11 for a 12 before, for no apparent reason. Everybody has different motives. This looks legit, if anything talk them down more.

The wheels, too. I thought it was an STI as well.

The latest WRX looks very nice because they get the wide body kit that comes with a STi model I believe.
