Here's what the Blue Book on it is:
Excellent = $37,109
Very Good = $36,309
Good = $35,309
Fair = $32,509
So yes, it's too good to be true. I'd be very careful with that car.

Base is close to that price... limited WRX sedan was around $28k-$29k new in 2011. Seems like an aggressive price, but doesn't appear to be a scam or anything... especially considering the depreciation they take in the first two years and that it's an individual seller, not a dealer...

There could be many reasons why it's up for sale this soon, including a demo, but I've had crazy people trade in their 11 for a 12 before, for no apparent reason. Everybody has different motives. This looks legit, if anything talk them down more.
