TL impression

Sat in a fully equipped one today at Sterling Acura of Austin.

Beautiful. Everything about it says, "I am worthy of praise".

Now only if they could do something with the exterior.

Nevermind the RWD. I kinda like FWD.

White is the best color IMO.

I drove a black 6speed TL there the other week. Nice, but I wouldn't trade the 6speed CLS for it. I prefer coupes to sedans. Surely they will morph a 2 door out of it soon. I like the TL front end much better than the CL front, the TL rear needed some more work IMO. Acura seems pretty proud of the 04 TL anyway.
Where's the Coupe?

Sat in a few of them and i most say i feel in love the interior. With the Nav Acura did an awesome job on the inside. The exterior is will be loved and hated by all but overall that car is great.

Saw one and sat in one at the Wash. DC auto show today, and I just can't get too wild over it. Interior is fine, but the exterior needs something. Funny how things have gone this year IMO: Camry, Accord, BMW 5 & 7 series all uglier. Also, I think anyone with a CL-S 6 speed has a collector car on their hands in the future!

I wouldn't say that, but they will be sought after in the future like Legend coupe 6 speeds.

I test drove one today. I liked it but I was not overly impressed. With the higher price, I would choose a different car.

nobody disagrees on the greatness of the interior but the exterior leaves much to be desired... IMHO it looks like the exterior has too much of a domestic influence.

And the CL-S will never be a collector car like the old legends. The build quality of the CL-S is simply not as good as the legends WERE.

You know, I saw a light green 2003 TL-S bout 2 weeks ago. I've never seen that color before and it was nice.

Anyway. The 2003 TL-S is a much better looking car than the 04.

The old Legend isn't exactly a collector car.:P The CL may not have the same build quality as the Legend, but it will be saught after now that it's gone just like the Legend. Ten years down the line there will be no Legends in good enough shape to purchase unlike the CL.

I was actually refering to the 6 speed CLs and Legends for the most part.

the new TL does NOTHING for me. Unless Acura comes up with a new coupe in the next couple years...no more Acuras for me.
