Thoughts on Escalade EXT?
Will be selling the CLS soon and the G35C is no good for the winter. Thinking about an EXT. Thoughts?

Is the EXT the half-pickup, half SUV monstrosity? Nothing personal, but those are right behind the Aztec (IMO of course) as ugliest cars on the road. All I can think of is the Subaru Baja or maybe an old el camino. Just my

Why not get somethng cheaper, but as equally driveable at that barge? Heck, even what Jizzy said... Slap some snow tires on the G and drive it.
I dunno... For the scrap you'd plunk down on one of those, there are alternatives. Too many to list.
Any reason why you want one? Or is it just for the???

Escalade is so played right now it's not even funny. They seem to be made in 3 colors and people add the same rims. Very amusing.

IMO the Escalade is over-priced. I understand the bling factor but why not just get a Chevy, I mean same everything minus the nicer paint, interior, lights, and rims. Same reliability but higher price tag. Also depends on what you want to use it for....Just the bling then I wouldnt pay that much for a Cadillac emblem...

Fuck what everyone else says, the Escalade looks damn good no matter what model you get, EXT, ESV, or regular. It is VERY expensive though, considering what you get. I would say find a slightly used one with rims and shit already on it.
Honestly though, if just want a truck and will just use it in the winter, why pay that much? Just get a tacoma or a tundra and call it a day (or winter).

Screw the Escalade. Get a Mercedes Benz G. They're ugly. But if you like the bling, that's the car for you.
-All I see driving Escalades are middle-aged moms. White and Mexican. Oddly enough, I've yet to see a black person in real life driving one of those.

yeah the EXT and all the Caddy SUVs suck gas like there is no tomorrow...
the EXT is basically an Chevy with different badging anyway....
Its a cool looking truck, and the guys here in Detroit strap 24 on to those trucks and roll all over the city... They look good, but for the money I think you can do better elsewhere..

gmc denali...lots a bling, less a bucks....SithGirl and I are considering one right now...we just need to drive it...we get a discount so the price is not as much of an issue....great resale value too...better than my lovable but now defunked CLS!
