all Bmw 335I's had major problems with the fuel pump. And 2007 was the worst problem. might be on of the reason, other then that its a drivers car and its amazing.

Not all of them. And the problem is not heavier with 2007's as the pump has not changed. It's depends on the type of gas you put into it for the most part. You want to try to avoid ethanol. People are going thousands of miles without problems as long as you are careful when you fill up. Avoid ethanol and always use 93/91. My 2007 has 14,000 and only need one fuel pump replacement (done by previous owner).

Also, BMW has extended the warranted on the fuel pump to 10 years or 100,000 miles. So even if something does go wrong, you are taken care of.

Another thing to be cautious about is whether or not your has the oil cooler. Not a major issue, but I'd rather have one that not.

I traded my 07 TL Typs-S for a 2008 335i sedan (loaded) it was a demo and they took 10k off the sticker. Just wanted a change and I am partial to rear wheel drive. The free maintenance covers everything except tires for 50k miles, now I do not see others car manufactures offering this service. Believe if you love to drive it and can buy or lease it, do it!!!
