I will have crashed at least 3x by the time I figured out what all those cluttered readings were!
Oh, and the boost readings might be in bars rather than psi (like the oil), there are 6 forward gears and my eyes hurt...

it's probably reading in atmopheres, a metric unit rather then lb's. 1 atmosphere is about 14.7psi
and i answer the gas question a few post up
the one on the right is in BAR, again a metric unit of pressure which i believe 1 BAR is also 14.5psi
the gas gauge on the left is the actual gas gauge.

lol @ thinking it has an 8-speed
Where'd the 7 go?
I like my tach and speedo separately, thank you. I'm sure it looks pretty cool to see the overlapping tach needle move in unison with the speedo needle. But wait.... is the Koenigsegg CCX an automatic? Why would it have R N 1 2 3.... on the dash? I guess with all that power, a misshift at high RPMs would be disastrous or fatal.

That's what I was thinking.
I like the colors, but it's just way too cluttered for me. It would get on my nerves.

The last gen Lexus IS attempted the Chronograph look. While it's a cool conversation starter, i absolutely hated it in my cousin's IS. Chronos should stay where they belong, in watches.

Dragging this back from page 2, meant to comment on it.
That cluster seems overly busy at first, but upon inspection I really like this gauge configuration.
The main gauge with the tach/mph/boost circles is actually really effective. In a car like that keeping an eye on revs is important, and the eye only has to move a fraction to pick up the pointer for speed. You wouldn't need to move your eye and refocus on another gauge, you could even see both pointers in one sweep to get an idea where you are.
As far as the boost gauge goes, how often would you really look at that? Only if the car felt down on power, or if you're some kind of boost boner fiend and you have to know how much is being pumped at all times.
At the bottom of the main gauge, it looks like the gear numbers light up as you go, again something you could simply glance at.....all in the same plane as the rest of the main gauge....no need to go looking for another spot on the dash for that piece of information. In a car that fast, I would personally want MINIMAL time spent looking at anything other than the road.
For the left hand small circle, the fuel gauge is correctly on top. Both the oil and water temp gauges have idiot lights, so I wouldn't be too concerned with staring at those all the time. I'll bet there's a beeper or some kind of noise to go along with the idiot lights. The right side small gauge is correctly all its own with the fuel pressure.....again with an idiot light. Now that one is important; a few seconds at high revs with low fuel pressure? Pistonus meltus.
The only improvement I can see is maybe making the rpm/mph/and boost needles different colors. Other than that, big ass
