Are these car worst picking up?

I was just surffing the web and ran into this site. I was wondering if those cars are worth picking up for..
2007 MERCEDES S550 Has incurred water damage from street flooding, will require repair work. How much would this cost to repair? I mean damn.. 07 S550 for $24k?

well, probably all the electronics are fried, and will be a bitch to replace. Might worth a shot though, btw is the site legit?

Never. There's a reason they are priced so low (but at least they are telling you why). Think of how much they are worth vs. their current price....calculate the difference. Are you prepared to spend close to that amount in repairs, and then keep the car forever (since you'll never be able to sell it)?

my cousins who do autobody have restored cars like the before, but they don't sell them again in the US. They make more money by exporting them to other countries, but then again, they usually just deal with cars with body damage. I don't think they would want to even touch that S550, with god knows what in water damaged electronics. Not enough of a profit margin...

None of these cars are worth trying to buy unless you plan on buying a car to repair and use as a show car, race car, or other means of non-standard transportation.

Wow look at some of those cars. Imangie what that Enzo owner has to feel after that happened. Some of them are still brand new. The wrangler one that has "water" damage is pretty funny can someboday say muddin?

Never ever touch a flood car. That applys 1 billion fold for a car loaded with electronics like an S550.

Water Damage on a car is never a good thing. It really depends on how badly the car was damaged during a flood. I would not get the S550 unless you took a look at it and knows a mechanic that can sure repair it for a decent price. The red M3 looks nice but again, we're not sure about what kind of mechanical repair is needed to be done.

I want the M5! It's a theft recovery so it just needs part.

I would never ever touch a flood damaged car. You'll always have electrical gremlins not to mention possible rust.

No, that particular Ezno was the victim of a crash several years ago in TX...
Also, the Enzo in the third pic is not the same Enzo in the first two.
